Margaret Holloway
Chief Executive Officer
Margaret has led ENTRUST GLOBAL SAS for over fifteen years, guiding the firm through significant growth in both assets and global presence. She began her career in institutional fixed income before moving into alternative investments, accumulating more than 28 years of experience across multiple market cycles. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded to four global offices and grown its client base to approximately 600 institutional investors.
David Renard
Chief Investment Officer
David oversees all investment activities across ENTRUST GLOBAL SAS's platform, with direct responsibility for strategy development, portfolio construction, and risk management. He joined the firm from a major European sovereign wealth fund, where he managed a $6 billion alternatives allocation. David is based in Paris and chairs the firm's global investment committee.
Priya Subramaniam
Head of Institutional Client Solutions
Priya leads the team responsible for designing and delivering tailored investment solutions to ENTRUST GLOBAL SAS's institutional client base across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. She has 22 years of experience in institutional asset management, previously working with two of Singapore's largest asset owners. Priya is deeply committed to ensuring every client relationship is built on transparency, alignment, and long-term trust.
Jonathan Ashworth
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Jonathan oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for ENTRUST GLOBAL SAS globally, including FCA authorization in the UK and cross-border regulatory frameworks in Europe and Asia. He brings 25 years of legal experience in financial services, with particular expertise in alternative investment fund regulation and fiduciary governance. Jonathan leads the firm's approach to ESG disclosure, including SFDR and AMF compliance obligations.
Adaeze Okonkwo
Head of Risk and Portfolio Analytics
Adaeze is responsible for enterprise risk management, portfolio analytics, and the development of the firm's proprietary risk monitoring systems. She joined ENTRUST GLOBAL SAS after a decade at a leading global investment bank, where she specialized in quantitative risk modeling for multi-asset portfolios. Adaeze works across all investment teams to ensure that risk considerations are embedded at every stage of the investment process.
